It’s that time again. Every year (well, almost) I give away a day of wedding photography to one couple. This started for me in 2017 and every year I have the most fun going through the wedding giveaway entries and selecting a couple to receive this gift. As I wrap up my 2024 season and have all of my wedding galleries edited and out the door, it’s time to launch the 2025 Wedding Photography Giveaway. I don’t believe in fine print (mostly because I never read it myself), so here’s all the rules and how to enter…

2025 Wedding Photography Giveaway Rules and Information
Open to anyone getting married in BC in 2025
Couples who have already hired a photographer are ineligible
Travel fees must be paid for weddings outside of the Okanagan (this isn’t unique to the giveaway, this goes for all of my booked weddings)
Contract and any applicable travel fees are due within 48 hours of win notification
Only entries that have followed all of the instructions will be valid
No cash value
Giveaway entries are due by November 30th at 11:59PM PST.

How to Enter
Send an email to me, Nicole, at nicole@nicoledelaine.com with the subject 2025 Wedding Giveaway.
Include your names, your story, how you met, your reason/s for entering and anything else you want me to know. I love photos, I love stories and tiny details, I love hearing about your pets. Include a photo (or a few) and your IG handles so I can tag you if you win.

How the Winners Will be Chosen
The winners will be chosen based on (first and foremost) my availability for their date. Secondly, how well I think we’d get along based on what you’ve sent me – it’s really important to be able to get along with the person who’s going to be by your side on your wedding day.
I personally read every single entry, look at every single photo, and consider every detail. In the past there has been one clear winner, I’ve chosen at random, or I’ve selected a couple to receive 50% off a wedding package in addition to the big winner. This varies every year – but at bare minimum, there’s one big winner. The winner will be notified via email and Instagram on December 1, 2025.
