Leslie and Brad tied the knot on August 8, in a Fitzpatrick Winery wedding in Peachland, BC. The two first met online and have spent years adventuring around the world together, so it only made sense that their wedding felt like another chapter in their story of adventures — both families (and the couple themselves!) made the trip from Ontario to celebrate in the heart of the Okanagan.

Leslie shares, “Brad is humble, kind, and one of the most considerate people I’ve ever met. Not a single day goes by where he doesn’t make me smile.” Brad says, “Leslie is caring, loyal, and incredibly patient — one of the most thoughtful people I’ve ever met.”

One of the most unforgettable moments came when Leslie’s brother and sister-in-law completely surprised them with a floatplane arrival. The reaction photos say it all! The best part? It was a perfect full-circle surprise moment after Leslie and Brad had surprised her brother and sister-in-law with fireworks at their wedding.

Leslie and Brad wanted an elegant garden party atmosphere with an open/airy feel that’s set close to the water. They wanted something light, fun and warm (both temperature wise and ambiance) and they nailed it.
